I needed an Emotional Support Animal ( ESA) letter for my new dog. I went on to their website, filled out the form and the same day received an email to set up my call with the CertaPet therapist. Angela, the therapist assigned, called me at 9:30. That's when my call was scheduled, but they said it would be within that hour. Needless to say I was very delighted to receive the call at 9:30. Angela and I spoke for awhile and she let me know the process here in California. However, I had an ESA dog, who passed away in October last year and she was able to cut the time frame to get my dog's certificate. I'd highly recommend. The price is about the same as other places.
