How Do Refunds and Cancellations Work?

If you aren't approved for a letter, you'll get your first month payment back - the $35 assessment fee is non-refundable.
If you purchased the payment plan without getting an assessment and want to cancel, you'll get your entire purchase price back.
Once you've been approved and have made the first month's payment, you can only cancel once the payment plan has been paid in full (which happens in 3 months).
At that point, you can choose not to renew your ESA letter and cancel any further payments.
